Elvis Blue a young adult/thriller mystery Book by Lee Roberts

Lee Roberts latest book Elvis Blue is packed up with Ghosts, Thrill, Crime, Drama, Murders and more. There are many secrets in this town. So come discover what happens to Elvis Blue and team when they embark on the journey of ghost hunting.

This book had everything I geared up for Teenage Love, Friendship, Team work, Awkward teen drama and a series of murder mystery with a hint of Paranormal Activity.

This story is about a young teen named Elvis blue who is daring and adventurous, who likes to go on ghost hunting with his Best friend Stanley Akira Fukamonki aka Monk. On his journey of ghost hunting he experiences romance with a local girl named Maria Palmero and friendship with Derek and Isaac, who help our young ghost hunters to uncover the mystery of the haunted Simmons house.

This story also uncover the number of murders which happens in a small town investigated by detective Manny Palmero. Detective have to race against time to catch the serial killer. Are these murders linked to the haunted Simmons house or does it has any connection to the series of murders which happened forty years ago done by Josiah Simmons? We shall find out.

There is a certain teenager spirit and energy in this book. It is a good effort by the author, but there are a lot of unnecessary details in this book which could be edited. The author has tried to create thrill and mystery in the story but it rather creates confusion. The story does not flow effortlessly. The beginning of the book is slow but later with all the Paranormal Activity the story kicks up a notch. The paranormal scenes were brilliant and exciting which makes this book entertaining and a fun read.

There are many chapters which add little value to the story or the plot, Due to this the book seems long. The main characters Elvis, Monk and Maria shine throughout the book.
The main problem with this book was, there were a lot of characters in this books and it was a challenge to keep up with all the names and their connection to the murder mystery.

This book has many loose ends. I give this book 2 out of 4 stars. Was this the thriller book which got me on the edge of my seat? Was this book a page turner for me? The answer is No. This book is very ordinary and typical.
