Review of My Trip To Adele
[Following is a volunteer review of "My Trip To Adele" by R.I.Alyaseer and A. I Alyaseer.]
"My Trip To Adele" is a captivating novel co-authored by R.I. Alyaseer and A.I. Alyaseer that takes readers on an emotional journey of self-discovery, love, and personal growth. Set against the backdrop of travel and music, the book weaves together a unique narrative that combines elements of romance, independence, self love and introspection. I rate it three out of four and four out of five.
This is the tale of three charming yet flawed individuals. Elias, a Moroccan man who resides in Rome, is the first. He learns that a dark magic spell was performed on him, but he begins to question whether this was the real reason he and his long-lost girlfriend Malika broke up. After being apart for eight years, he makes the decision to look for her in the shadows of Marrakech.
Jordanian single mother Nadia is fighting her ex-husband in court and doing everything she can to win her and her son's freedom. To take her son to watch his idol, Adele, perform live, is her ambition.
Yaser, a married guy in Las Vegas, eventually comes to the realization that his marriage is slowly killing him, and he begins to rebel against his wife. They were initially brought together by their shared faith, but are now drifting apart because of it.
What these three always had in common was their love for Adele. The three protagonists have been shown to always relate to Adele's songs on various occasion of there lives.
These three individuals are on a quest to rid themselves of everything that has plagued them, and they are discovering hard truths along the road about fate, faith, bravery, desire, and guilt.
One of the strengths of the book is its ability to evoke a range of emotions. As the protagonists navigates the challenges and joys of their journey, readers will find themselves empathizing with their struggles and rejoicing in their triumphs.
