Yesterday by Samyann, is a book worth reading. The book got hold of me in no time and I am hooked to the book. I remember how I wanted the book to never end. It is a beautiful story of Amanda Parker- A compassionate young girl and Mark Callahan- A handsome young man.
It is the story of a girl who fears love because of some life tragedies and a guy so convinced to win her over.
Amanda saves Mark in an accident and after that, they felt a connection- like they know each other for a long time. It’s a journey of them finding out the truth about their inexplainable bond. The story will win your heart for sure.
My favourite character will be Mark Callahan. I love his sincerity and persistence. You will fall in love with his funny and loving character.
Characters felt so real as if I am watching the story with my own eyes. The story kept me guessing and I wondered what will happen next. The book keeps you hooked to the story and you won’t remember when you finished the book.
The writer took care of the tiniest details such as If all are present in the house, writer shed light on why the absent one was missing. The writer did fine work with all the detailing parts. The book is well-written and has a great story.
The book is historical fiction and revolves around the American Civil War and current times. If you are a romance fiction fan then this Historical romance fiction is just for you. Go for it! And if you believe in Reincarnation or like such stories, then this story is a feast for you.
I will give this book 4 stars out of 5 and take away one star because I think the language could be a little simpler. Complex words hinder the process of reading.
The book made me smile, laugh and sometimes cry too. It's an emotional roller-coaster. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and it tells us that if your gut feeling tells you something, there's definitely a meaning behind it.
