Larry G. Goldsmith is a fiction genre writer. He wrote a book named Marc Marci. It has a very interesting read. Marc is a teenager who lives in Cleveland with his mom and dad happily. He is happy that he got accepted into the McCormick School of Engineering; A university situated in the north-west of the country and is one of the top-ranking universities in the country. We know how breathtaking and proud moments it can be when you tell someone about your acceptance. Marc was excited to start his new life and he hoped to have a good social life along with some pretty good friends. He was like any other teenager would be. Yet he was different from them.

He liked getting embedded in the books. Indeed he was a nerd and a gifted introvert. Being an introvert he did not have many friends in the real world. But he had friends he made online. Yes, that is what introverts are comfortable too. Plus, those friends were introverts too. He used to study programming manuals and master computer games for fun. He too had a crush on someone just like a normal teenager has. And as we know life is unpredictable, he got his biggest backstab in life when he found out that he lost his parents in the car accident and he was now all alone. How difficult it might have been for him given that he was an introvert. Yet he tried to do his best. Marc’s parents had a very good friend, Jack. Jack took care of Marci thereafter. So, after days and days of passing, he decides to go on a solo trip. It turns out to be a massive outlook for his life.

What I love about this book is that I totally get attached to the words of the author from the very first page. Each and every word penetrated me and I just felt that the story was real. The emotional attachment of the reader is the best thing an author can wish for. The writer wins in this case. I just have no words to describe how emotionally I read the book. Another thing I liked about this book is the title of the book. At first, I was skeptical as to maybe the Marci word in the title referred to a surname. But when I found out what the real meaning is contained within this book was surprising. It was really very unexpected yet it was beautiful. I would like to leave this in suspicion to whoever is reading this book review.

What I do not like about this book is nothing. Each and every part can connect to me and I can feel like some scenes are the same from my life. For example, being a book lover. I love the way the author describes the situations after Marc lost his family. How lonely a person can feel, how hollow it can be from the inside, how much they miss their loved ones knowing they will never get to meet again; how all these circumstances which make you strong and independent are described very well.

Hence, from my above analysis, I would rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. There were no errors found in this book and so this book is exceptionally well-edited. I would recommend this book to adults above the age of sixteen because it contains some content that I do not feel appropriate for the age group below 16.
