Sugar&Spice by H. M. Irwing is absolutely exciting book. I rate it 3 out of 4. The book has fascinating plot. In my opinion it was professionally edited because I didn’t find any errors - or the storyline was so addictive, that I just missed out all mistakes.

So this story tells us about relations between Catherine and Sadiq. She is a teenager, and he is a prince. They are too different which mostly caused by differences between their cultures. But they are both smart and really love each other. They come together, then break - and this circle repeats several times. But it isn’t boring!

What I liked the most about this book - is the storyline. It develops consistently and logically. The main character - Cat - is very smart despite of her age. She has her own thoughts and her own wishes. She has aim and she really works hard to get where she wants to be.
Also this book is very easy to read because of error absence. I hope that every book in the world can get such an amazing editor!

The element that i dislike the most is the end of the story. One of the main character - Sadiq - totally changes his behave at the end. The most part of the book he has plans and wishes. He does his best to achieve his targets. But in the end he suddenly forgets about them and he agrees to what he already has. It looks strange and creates feeling that the author was in a hurry.
Also he is named as Sadiq The Sadist, but there is absolutely nothing sadist in him. From my point of view if the author give nickname to hero, then this nickname should be justified. In this case Sadiq should be sadist since the author named him so. But - once again - there is nothing sadist in him.
One more point that I dislike is the name of the book. I didn’t find anything sweet or spicy in main characters. They are not about sugar and spice at all. I think the book should be named “Stubborn and persistent”. This words describe heroes much better.

I totally recommend this book for those who love romantic literature, confrontation between two smart heroes and happy ends, of course! Sugar&spice has it all and even more. It was pleasure for me to read this book.
