In the novel, "The High Clowder," the theme of love is explored throughout the book. The relationship between Bushytail and Brokenear. Although Brokenear tortured cats while in leadership, Bushytail chose to forgive him and give him a second chance. Unfortunately, this caused grave consequences for the clowder. The love between Stealth and Bushytail. The sacrifice "Crooked/Brave made for the Clowder. The love shown for the "stone" by Bushytail and Storm and the ancestors. Many more examples of "love" in the book.
