I was looking for a book that would provide the opportunity for me to learn something new, and I found it. Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks is not like any of the other medical/self-help books out there, it actually has something to say. Written by a physician with the general public's welfare at heart, the book provides amazing insight into multiple health concerns such as vitamin reliability, nutrition, well-care, as well as concerns about specific illnesses. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about their own body and how it responds to proper treatment.

With chapters on topics concerning foods and their resulting benefits or concerns, to medical myths with their corresponding truths, and what medical threats are legitimate or false, this book is interesting to the lay person or the medical practitioner and would be a welcomed addition to any bookshelf.

This book earned a 4 out of 4 rating due to the amount of new information presented and the very readable format that was utilized. I would consider purchasing a hard copy format to keep at hand in my library.
