Cancer is one of the major causes of death today. Colleen Huber through this book exploits the faults in the medical sector that may potentially lead to the death of a cancer patient. Chemotherapy and radiation are the most common ways that have been used for anti-cancer treatment. Despite the fact that they reduce the cancer cells they are also known to be very dangerous. The remaining cells after chemotherapy develop resilience to treatment making cancer more deadly.

Oncologists tend to assume the effect of chemotherapy and radiations on cancer patients. The writer elaborates on the benefits of administering natural treatment to a cancer patient as compared to chemotherapy. However, the influence of oncology profession has made people to have little faith in natural treatment.

In this ambitious work, the writer seeks to condemn the selfish practices of doctors that do not value the patient's wellbeing and rights. The writer explains how most cancer patients are denied their rights to be informed of the other ways of treatment that may be safer for them. Instead doctors administer the mode of treament that is a finacial boon to the hospital.

The news of being diagnosed with cancer can be the most heartbreaking news to someone. Some doctors take advantage of the patient's fear to coerce them into taking their form of medication without considering other better ways of handling them. Pessimist patients may rush to go through chemotherapy and radiation treatment out of fear of this life-threatening disease.

The writer exploits on how natural treatment is much safer and effective mode of treatment to cancer patients. She elaborates on the causes of cancer and the best diet for a cancer patient. Administration of wrong treatment to a patient endangers his or her life. The writer explains how some doctors without clean facts wrongfully interpret any form of growth as cancer and right away recommend chemotherapy to be done immediately. She urges us to be careful until we are sure that the diagnosis was of real cancer and not an alleged one.

Knowledge is life. This book has been an eye-opener for me. Most of the time we are never bothered until the problem is closer to us. Information from this book will enlighten you on how to approach cancer treatment, either for you or someone else. The writer encourages us to take responsibility for our health and not just to jump into conclusion on the mode of treatment without quality research. Citing facts from research the writer displays the difference between the effect of chemotherapy treatment and natural treatment. She explains that natural treatment is only offered with regard to the entire symptom picture and not assumptions.

This book was well-written, organized and edited. I greatly enjoyed reading it. The writer is a Naturopathic Medical doctor, that clearly explains her experience and in-depth knowledge of cancer treatment. Knowledge is life. The information in this book should be largely spread to improve our medical sector. I recommend everyone to get a copy of it. I could not pinpoint any errors. Am glad to rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. And yes, I would love to read more from the author.
