[i][Following is a volunteer review of "From Drift to SHIFT" by Jody B. Miller.][/i]

[rbc=3]id160686-125[/rbc]FROM DRIFT TO SHIFT is a book written by Jody B. Miller a career coach, it is a book that talks about "how decision to make a change can bring true meaning and happiness to your work and life" in the book are a collection of unique stories of people and communities that better their lives because of the changes they made. In the book, you will read their stories of:-
1. what made them take the decisions for a change (shift),
2. How they knew it was time to make a change (shift)
3. How were the changes (shifts) made?

The stories were arranged on one to a chapter basis with a summary on the key points making it easy for the understanding of the readers
The story of an amazing people, their stories makes this book a special one. The author Jody B Miller gave stories of people that battled with ill health, people who had a successful life (but void of happiness), a community whose home and culture was almost destroyed, each story has lessons to teach the reader. No matter your kind of person or kind of problem you may be facing, there must be a story in the book for you

Jody Miller presented the book in an interesting way. from the introduction, she kept the reader engaged all through to the end of the book, so impressive, I felt like it was a conversation with her, each chapter tells the story of a people and what a reader can reflect upon from their story

I love Jody Muller style of writing, unlike like other inspirational writers. She makes her writings accessible to all without any ambiguity, she writes like a fellow traveler with the people in the stories that make up the book, also I love the way she never presented any story on any person(people) to be superior to other

The book is emphasizing the idea of change. Any kind of struggle you may be facing, be it emotional or spiritual, it may that you have lost your parents, you don’t have work, working under someone for a long time or you have a business of your own, you will defiantly find this book to be a good companion

Read this book to discover how to make a uniquely important contribution to the world, From Drift to Shift is a book on how Change Can Bring True Meaning and Happiness to Your Work and Life by Jody B. Miller, a motivational and an inspirational book. I am giving this book 3 out of 4 stars. It was professionally edited and I did not find any grammatical or typing errors. Read this book to make that shift in your life.

I love this book, it is a self-help book, written by an author who is an authority in her field yet write with a non-authoritative tone, I hope other readers will love it like me
