This a wonderful book for all to read. There will be less chaos on our earth if develop our spiritual well-being, less diseases when we eat nourishing meals at the right proportion and exercise and the feeling of stress, anger and depression will reduce when our mind is trained to be at peace and focus.
Most times, after achieving a long time goal we tend not to celebrate our victories sometime due to our mindset and body due to anxiety and wasted times instead of choosing to be happy in the moment. You must be able to find happiness in every moment.

Our mind, body and soul needs to be balanced to enjoy life to its fullest. They are being neglected mostly by technology, food and projected goals yet the body, soul and mind is not nourish even when we take a break .

As humans, we must learn how to enjoy the moment now rather than neglecting for saving uncertain happiness for the future. Money doesn’t give lasting happiness but our actions does, it also doesn’t take care of us but our actions does. We are absolutely in charge of our life. Great achievement never leaves happiness in us but our investment on our well-being make us enjoy each moment of our life.
Our mind needs to be trained beyond our comfort zone for long gratification such using the stairs instead of the elevators, sitting instead of lying down and so on. We must understand and accept how our mind works then train it slowly but at a deeper level. The mind is always disturbed by eternal factors like family, work, boss etc but it feels calm when time is spent on oneself or with oneself which is mainly done through meditation.

A simple kind of of meditation can be just closing the eyes for few minute or focusing on a dot or image then filling the calmed mind with positive affirmatives which may include the important spheres of life.

The mind is agitated because of craving and aversion. We are also trying to meet the exception of the people around us which keeps rising after one is met but we must learn to be who we are. Meditation helps the mind to be stronger and handle situation properly not necessarily needing external factor to approve of us.

The physical body needs to be taken care of through balanced food and exercise especially in the twentieth. Its important who look out to take care of our bodies. Self image is very important because it also affect the mind and vice versa so our boded needs to be healthy mainly through natural means then properly cared for. What we eat really matters to our health and body, we must consciously eat natural food daily for vitality. Apart from eating natural balance food, we must take them at the right proportion and chew properly while savoring the taste before swallowing for proper digestion and reduction of our eating.

Carbohydrate shouldn’t be totally eliminated but eaten in very small proportion because of the energy it supplies. Fat should be avoided, carbohydrates and protein shouldn’t be cooked for a long time or large quantity of oil. Polyunsaturated oil should be used to cooked if oil is required but baked or roasted food are better.

Eating right should be supplemented with exercise to tone the body which could be done indoor or at the gym. The right combination of exercise will be needed so a trainer may be needed.

Lastly we have to be spiritual so as to have peace with ourselves and our surrounding. It helps us to grow our personality and can determine our well-being at old age irrespective to individual beliefs.
I rate this book 2 out of 4 stars because of the insight on physical welling and health but not 4 out of 4 stars because of the chanting during meditation which may be against anyone beliefs.
