This book covers virtually all important areas we need to stay healthy, eat safe and it also exposes some unhealthy food and drugs we believed to be good and safe to our health, which are indeed lethal.

The book really analyzed some daily routines to be done to reduce obesity which like simple exercise, good sleep, drinking of water among others. And failure to do this well could lead to serious health issues in our community.

Some food we take in excess which are indeed meant to be taken in few quantity, have really increased the mortality rate today. Foods that are very high in cholesterol like pork, red meat among others must be drastically reduced or avoided in order to reduce cardiac diseases. Foods that are very high in sugar level like most of these soft drinks must be avoided to prevent high risk of high blood pressure.

He went further to warn how dangerous smoking is to our health. Most reports on lung cancer are due to addictive smoking. Alcoholism and how hazardous it is to our health is also discussed in this book.

Some food elements that are very helpful to our health are also analyzed in this book. Elements like calcium, potassium among others, of which he listed the foods that are highly rich in these elements. And he also did so well by revealing those elements that must not be taken in excess, elements like sodium, lead among others.

Morton really did a very good job by explaining in details elements that are good for our body, the kind of food rich in these elements and elements we must not take in excess. I have also put part of this into practice and I must confess, i can testify to this research work.

He also extended his research work to the level of prescribing those drugs and medicine we can take and the ones we must stay cleared.

Some fallacies which we have long believed to be true are exposed in this book. These have long been causing health issues to mankind. If you can get hold on this book, you would be surprised at some stunning revelations on those lies we have long believed to be true.

Dr. Tavel is indeed a professional in his field as a physician specialist. This book is highly recommended for all to read, you might find a lasting solution to your health issues in this book. I confidently rate this book all 4 stars

I hereby rate this book 4 out of 4 stars

Some health practitioners will frown on many of the expositions in the book. Pranks are not supposed to exist in issues that define fine lines between life and death.
