The author does a very good job writing this book and presenting it in a simple yet brilliant way. To me this book was very enlightening about life and how we can be happier in life. The book had no typos or grammar errors. I learned a lot from reading this book and have learned a lot about life from this book. I have never thought of things like the author says of things regarding life, and I would love to be happier and be more like how the author sees a happy person to be. The author makes this book a light and enjoyable book to read. The author makes this book very colorful, and is not a heavy book that you do not want to read. The pictures make the book very appealing to me. I feel like anyone would enjoy reading this book and learn a lot from it. This book shows how important it is to slow down and how we should live a slower life instead of always being on the go. A lot of Americans are always on the run today, and it can make them depressed with all they have to do.
There is one dislike in this book I found. This book says how important it is not to think so much in life, as it can make us depressed and worried. I feel that it is somewhat impossible not to think or sometimes worry in life with all we have going on.
I rate this book in the first rating a 3 out of 4 because the book is very appealing and factual. I look at life in a different better way after reading this book.
In the second rating, I rate this book a 4 out of 5. To me, this book is very good and above average, and I feel that the author knows what they are talking about. I believe everyone should read this book and maybe people would be less depressed and happier. It is sad that so many people are depressed today, and I think reading this book could help them and their life becomes fuller. The author is so bright, and I am thankful for this book and highly recommend that everyone read it. If more people read this book, I believe they could have a different enlightened view of life. Thank you to the author for such a simple yet great book! The author deserves a lot of credit.
