The book Three Parts to Autonomy and Self-actualization, by Dr. Linda Gregory serves as a guide for therapists. This book explores how transactional analysis, spirituality, and the quantum field are used for the success of self-actualization. It could also help those working on themselves to find their purpose using the many techniques presented in the book.

It also talks about the effect that positive and negative mindsets have on our lives, and how they can manifest into our reality. The author also mentions how negativity and negative comments can make one lose confidence and develop self-hatred. The book also gives a vivid explanation of how meditation can help one grow and understand oneself. The author outlines simple meditation techniques, as many struggle to maintain focus while meditating.

The author talks about how the use of one's intuition can impact one's life, and how trusting it can help strengthen mental resilience. For example, I hardly trust my instincts/intuition, but the author made it clear that what the heart feels is different from what the mind thinks. Therefore, I learned how to manifest whatever positivity the universe delivers, then let go of any negativity without dwelling on it, while also being open to the universe to deliver my intentions.

One of the major advantages is that the book provides detailed coverage of the topic. In my opinion, the book is well written as it made me understand that I should not always suppress my concerns, but rather express my frustrations in a constructive and positive way. Furthermore, it taught me to always talk about the change that should take place, and approach change in a constructive and optimistic manner.

I love how the author answered most of the questions we ask ourselves daily. Questions like 'Who am I?', 'What am I like?', and 'What am I doing here?' are addressed thoughtfully. There was no downside to this book, as it helped me discover my potential and purpose in life. The book is easy to read and self-explanatory.

When it comes to the book's editing, it was flawless, since I didn't notice any errors while I read the book. I am rating this book 5 out of 5 stars because it is very educational and also helps people actualize their potential and reason for existence. I highly recommend this book to both professional therapists and non-professionals, and also to anyone wanting to learn more about manifestation and how to use the power of the mind to improve their lives.
