The concept of change is not so common to read in a book, and I must say this concept appealed to me. I commend the effort of the author for passing this knowledge on. The author’s discussion on leadership was inspiring. Leaders should be role models who possess the right attitude. There are so many lessons and practical things readers can gain from this book and apply in their day-to-day lives. The organization of this book is highly commendable, and the author’s writing style was concise, straight to the point, and easy to comprehend.
