Review of Soul-Fullness
This book focuses on the concept of self-awareness and the enhancement of individual wisdom. It truly gives full attention to the soul and soulfulness. It is intended to build a strong relationship between humans and their souls.
The writer's search for guidance is presented, and the ways are clearly defined. It is a 21-day program followed by the writer to help achieve soulfulness. This program is designed to help individuals of all kinds solve their day-to-day problems and understand themselves. It also focuses on the future and helps determine the best way to opt in order to maximize the effects of the action.
The theme of the book is on souls and spirit, which focuses on spiritual well-being and being soulful while pursuing life. The steps and methods to achieve soulfulness are strategically distributed throughout the program.
It slowly builds the trust of the readers and motivates them to pursue and follow the steps with full faith by giving examples of people who have followed them. It provides glimpses of their lives and stories to make the program more believable and effective, with facts laid out throughout the program.
This program is designed especially for people who are stuck and seeking to achieve a soulful life or make their lives better by any means. This book guides us to connect with our own guardian angel, which will lead us in making good life decisions to solve our problems. This book helps us connect with our spiritual selves with our full faith in our respective religions and beliefs. It respects all religions equally and is not a religion in itself; it just helps enhance our relationship with our soul while respecting every religion.
This book believes that soulfulness is a great achievement that all individuals need to pursue alongside their religion. According to this book, it helps the reader learn the skill of achieving soulfulness and enhancing wisdom, which is true to a good extent. This actually helps in building discipline, control, and habits, improving confidence, and allowing us to take note of our own actions for review.
However, I think this book is not for everyone, as it includes activities that involve people and outdoor spaces. It is not a book for non-social individuals or loners.
That's why I would rate it 4 stars out of 5.
I am deducting 1 point for the generalization that this book makes about everyone's life, i.e., having a family or people to connect with, or being a social being who goes out, and the assumption that everyone is naturally social and has a community to engage with.
I would recommend this book to people who feel lost and have a void within themselves, want to feel secure and soulful, and want to get closer to their spirit.
