Breaking the Mold: Remodeling Your Way to Success is a memoir by Argentine entrepreneur Fabian Videla, who succeeded in building a company in the United States of America. Though this book can be regarded as an authentic guidebook for young entrepreneurs, I chose it because I dream of being a successful entrepreneur in the future.

The author writes this book to motivate business-minded people to dream big. Throughout his book, he guides his readers with thorough explanations of every step. He never hesitates to exhibit his failures to make others' journeys smooth and successful. He encourages his readers to dream calculatedly and take help from experienced and professional ones. He believes calculative speculation instead of mere daydreaming is the ultimate way to success.

Here, the author describes his early life in Argentina. He talks about the hardships of life and the influence of his parents and relatives on him. His hardships show his inspiring journey from rags to riches. Videla never fails to praise the positive impact of Agatha, his wife and business partner on him. Apart from business, he emphasises on building relationships and having an open heart to learn from wise people. He wants his readers not to repeat the same mistakes which slows down his pace of success.

The author mentions the severe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic throughout the world and how he could effectively win his battle against this pandemic ensure profit and act as a hope to his employees. He never hesitates to share his strategies and establishes 'Smarter Remodeling 360 Solutions' to help other entrepreneurs succeed in their goals.

I enjoyed reading and experiencing the author's sincerity towards his readers. The familial bond among the members provided me with goosebumps. Again, the author incorporates the 'Lesson of Success' after each chapter which was a special attraction to me.

I had nothing to say against this amazing book. This book is praiseworthy with its professional editing. I cannot find any typos in the book. This book deserves a rating of 5 out of 5 stars because of its authenticity and easy and comprehensive guidelines to establish a profitable business. I would love to recommend this book to all you entrepreneurs seeking success and who dream big to build a business empire in future.
