Tony Jeton Selimi’s “The Unfakeable Code®” works as a self-developmental guide where readers can unleash themselves. The book describes the phenomenon of exiting the prison of stereotypes and finding an individual’s essence. The book structure can be considered its major advantage: five basic premises clearly outlined, each focused on the individual’s development, emotions, and self-awareness.

This framework can be distinguished by just how practical Selimi’s approach is. This means that while the book is full of theory, it does not simply tell the reader what to do but makes them think and may well make them feel uncomfortable. For instance, the exercises where readers have to point out their'masks’ are much more than simple everyday clichés into self-improvement. This level of engagement is very wholesome, which is what makes this book more than just something to read through.

However, content—which, indeed, is rich in tips—contains certain streaks of declamatory redundancy. Some ideas are repeated, for example, the body’s alarm system or the necessity of learning to accept and experience vulnerability. Of course, for someone who reads personal development literature, this might sound a bit protracted.

An interesting discussion in the book is presented by Selimi in the stack of the brain—the amygdala—compared to an alarm system, which helps explain the entire psychological consideration of reactions. The synthesis of both the neuroscience and the personal development concepts makes for very interesting reading in this book. The editing was amazing; I didn't notice any grammatical mistakes.

The book, then, in consideration of its content and the factors preceding its creation, is rated as 4 out of 5. It’s a great foundation for people wishing to approach their lives more truthfully, but because of its dull cycle, it wasn’t totally smooth reading. Still, all who want to passionately begin the process of self-improvement will have a lot to take from “The Unfakeable Code®.”
