In the era of Social media, we are running behind the trends,materialistic things which make us happy for a short span of time but make us feel hollow deep inside,like an emptiness echoing within.This book gives you practical ways to be in peace with yourself,love yourself and live your life on your terms.
Author Tony Jeton Selimi talks about how the words we speak,language we use,choices we make determine the reality we create.He reveals how to transform emotional crisis into opportunities, showing how every cloud has a silver lining.He urges people to break free from chains of seeking approval and instead embrace individuality.He emphasizes that true love begins within,by nurturing self love and care we can love others.
This book helped me when I was going through a personal financial crisis,it was a beacon for me to spot hidden opportunities amidst the challenge.It offered me practical tools to shift my focus towards positive aspects of my life by finding strength in gratitude.
I rate this book 5 out of 5 as it helped me meet my authentic self.It is well edited and filled with thought provoking quotes.
I would recommend this book to each and everyone who wants to have a happy and peaceful authentic life.
