[i[The MISOGI Method[/i] is a self-help book by 'Work Happiness Expert', corporate strategist, TEDx and keynote speaker, performance coach and author Jody B. Miller. I have already read and profusely enjoyed her From Drift to Shift and Is Truth Stranger Than Fiction? You Decide.... So, when I got to select her another creation, I did not think twice.

In this book, the author describes the concept of personal growth and transformation through pushing oneself beyond his or her comfort zone. Here Miller draws inspiration from the traditional Japanese Shinto ritual of ice-cold bath to attain strength and susceptibility. However, the author guides one to make suitable changes and adopt this methodology to discover one's true potential to achieve success and happiness.

Miller visualizes MISOGI as the constructive challenge that helps recognise a person's finest possibility. Here, she emphasizes self-reflection and a meditative approach. She reinforces practising routine rituals to bring positive change within a person. She also wants her readers to surround themselves with influences for a richer and more successful life.

Here, the author uses her anecdotes, scientific research, and rituals and incorporates various examples of successful individuals like Elon Musk, Richard Branson, Bruce Springsteen, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Tony Robbins etc. Miller also shows her profound knowledge and wisdom about different religions and cultures through her writing.

I like Miller's genuine approach towards human development through the habitual incorporation of simple and effective rituals. She openly advocates for spiritualism which can carve out human ability to the fullest. The MISOGI interviews at the end make this book an authentic guidebook for anyone seeking motivation towards his journey of self-improvement.

There is nothing I can say against this book. The MISOGI Method is professionally edited without any typos. This book deserves a rating of 5 out of 5 stars as it shows helpful ways to improve human capabilities beyond expectations. I would love to recommend this book to those who want to achieve successful development and positive transformation effectively.
