Is your mind in a constant state of turmoil? Are you one of those millions out there looking to improve yourself? Are you looking for a way to better your life? If you are, then this book is definitely for you.

Enlightenment of Mind is a beautiful inspirational guidebook written by Karna Sonam Tarjay. The book is a combination of religion and science and focuses on an ancient Buddhist text called the Lankavatara, also known as Lanka. The Lanka is a text that challenges the foundation of societal norms, religion, and governance. The book focuses on self-improvement, the mind, and spirituality. Karna speaks of the different stages of consciousness, the first stage being Samudaya, a state where egocentric identity reflects our skills, hence shaping most of society's everyday interaction. The second stage is known as Bhava, where we learn the importance of family, relationships, and social connections. The third stage, Lakshana, signifies the emerging of independent awareness. The fourth stage, Mahabutha, translates to the elements of life, being air, water, earth, fire, and space, which are the foundation of life. The fifth stage, Hetu, is the stage where we learn to have empathy, compassion, and humility. Pratyaya, the sixth stage, is a stage of peace and joy. And lastly, the seventh stage, Nishpatti, involves the unification of the subconscious and the awakened mind. Each of these stages contains challenges of its own, but the author provides solutions to each of these challenges. I have only touched one aspect of the book; Karna provides a more in-depth insight into the mind and the spirit.

I loved the way that author has incorporated poetry at the end of every chapter, which I found to be really beautiful and inspiring. I also liked the way that the author quotes verses called Shlok's from the sacred text called Lanka.

I sincerely commend the author for the flawless editing of the book. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the book, and I wouldn't change a thing about it; hence, I rate the book a 5 out of 5 .

The book is an inspiration, and I strongly recommend this book to both old and young readers looking to find a balance in their lives.
