Are you looking for tips to lose weight? Have you already lost weight, but your having problems keeping it off? Are you looking for lists of foods to avoid, along with foods to add to your grocery list? Are you curious if your yearly doctor appointment is really necessary? If you are interested in these topics amongst many others you need to pick up this book.

Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks is a nonfiction book written by Moten E. Tavel. This book is designed to help us all on our health journey. The author is also a very established doctor so you know you are in good hands. Whether you are just looking for weight loss tips or looking to debunk a lot of rumors of our health industry there is something in this book for everyone. Dr. Tavel has written a very informative book that will address every problem you are having with your health. Dr. Tavel will answer your questions before you've asked them. From supplements to media myths nothing has been left out.

In our society we have issues believing the media over facts, listening to scams, instead of doing our own research, and going to McDonald's for dinner instead of preparing a healthy meal. This how how our country has always ran. We want what's convenient instead of what is best for us. In the long run, we need to help better ourselves. That day could start with the first page of this book. With so much information, and facts, and the little fact that these are very easy instructions to follow, all we need is a little determination, and we will be ready to change into a better community.

I personally loved how informative and unbiased this book is. Dr. Tavel is not attacking anyone for a lifestyle, he is truly just wanting the best for anyone who reads his book. With interesting subjects, and a conclusion closing every chapter Dr Tavel really knows how to draw you in, and make you want to not just get better, he helps you learn more about yourself in the process. I feel like everyone in the United States could learn something from Dr. Tavel. Unfortunately our country is one of the most unhealthy countries in this world. Our diets are so unhealthy it's scary. Which is why I would highly recommend this book to anyone.

You will not regret picking up any of Dr. Tavel's books. Especially this one. From chapter one all the way down to the last page Dr. Tavel is looking out for the best interest in everyone. I know his writing has made me want to achieve a healthier lifestyle, and I know it will do the same for you.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.

Very nice review. You give very positive comments about all the information given in the book. I agree that many people's diets are unhealthy. Hopefully advice like what we find in this book will be helpful to encouraging people to make better choices. Thanks.

I enjoyed reading your review. It sounds like you really gained some good wisdom from this book. I would disagree just a bit with your claim that Dr Tavel is not biased. He admits being extremely biased about alternative medicine. His wholesale condemnation of this huge field of medicine is a little overblown. But, I did appreciate many aspects of the book. Check out my review if you like. Thanks.
