The title of the book unique ,interesting makes the reader curious about it,author thought it brilliantly. The author began mentioning about the distance he had covered city after cities, interviewed prominant thinkers, like Werner Erhard,Alan Watts,Stephen Corey,Marianne Williamson."l met atleast a dozen other great thinkers who all pointed to the fact that there is a wondrous creative power at the center of each of us,and that most of us accomplish only a fraction of what were capable of achieving".
The author gave out his personal story from childhood ,brought up by both parents, his father strugglying with payments, also talked about his Aunty Teresa ,old maids jokes, passed on through illness. The college life how he cope with it,working hard ,cheating exams, and DrTucker's inspirations. The author never left behind people who helped him like Mr Lampkin, landscape man who taught him how to be organized focus and do good job.The inspiration guidelines to success and pertain the goal, the nevertheless had to save his earnings till he bought three bedroom house lived in one and rent the rest paying up morgage ,which revived to real estate. He acquired knowledge from the Gurus ,dont forget he came from Mill town to city dweller very wealthy.
The author talked about his age,and where he met his wife Kat at Maui ,and the earthquake devastation of his entire construction ,and how he came out of it.From there he started hotel business and then met Margaret."Margaret helped me understand the self that l wanted to get to know better the generous, grateful,"thee and me"self".
The Maasai mother enlighten him "when it comes to uding your power and directing the universe to work with you, your age doesn't matter, your race dosen't matter, your gender doesn't matter, your religious indoctrination, political affiliation or level of your education none of that matters"so inspirational added on "she was endowed with all the rich qualities that give dignity to humanity. Her courage, poise, integrity and her deep conviction to do what she had to do left me in awe","inner wealth the kind of wealth that holds infidelity than monetary riches",these are the core guidelines to succes ,understanding oneself.
There are some changes need to be done, there so many blank pages which is cost effective and demotivate the reader, quotation and myths ,the repeatation of "l" in fore pages, page layouts chapters need to be arranged otherwise l like the book, inspirational.
I rank the book 3 out of 4,
due to the reasons that too many blank pages, layout of chapters ,quotations .
As l said l do recommend the book to young adult, especially in college to inspire them achieve their goals.
