Tony Jeton Selimi’s reputable book “The Unfakeable Code® is the ultimate guidebook to being genuine, blending the author’s work experience woven from his findings in philosophy, metaphysics, psychology, etc. The book, in detail, presents five fundamental concepts aimed at enabling a reader to discover his or her inner self and reach one’s full potential.

Hence, Selimi’s writing is extremely intimate and rooted in his chaotic life story of struggling from the destruction of Northern Macedonia to becoming a renowned transformational life strategist in London. It is therefore remarkable to read this book of insights backed up by this man’s experience. The author and his clients’ life stories express the author’s conception of the life-altering prospects of embracing one’s identity.

Another thing I like about the book is that it is extremely practical. At the end of every principle, Selimi offers practical writing assignments for the readers; this further makes the reader reflect on the principles and relate them to their own lives. It helps to make the concepts practical and easy to understand for people with different backgrounds due to the use of practical examples.

However, some imperfections cannot be left unnoticed in the process of the book’s consideration. The described pattern is rather monotonous, and the author repeatedly emphasizes the advantages of the principles before going into detail about them. It is this repetition that can take the reader’s attention away and make sections of the book appear rather tedious. Also, while the book is truly informative, I did not find any typographical issues, and there were no grammatical errors.

Nevertheless, the book leaves a positive imprint; it is a result of the author’s serious approach and comprehensive research on the given topic. Selimi’s presentations include recommendations for positive self-image, letting go of judgment over oneself and others, recognizing talents and flaws, and an attempt to achieve the golden middle and lead a real, happy life. The concepts explained in the book are not only idealistic but are also realistic and mean actual changes that one is ready to face within his or her organization’s life.

While many of the above points relate to the content of the presentation, the most valuable aspect of “The Unfakeable Code®” seems to be the integration of different aspects of human personal growth, ranging from emotional intelligence to leadership. Some of the most inspiring are Selimi’s observations about changing the scarcity mentality into an attitude of abundance, as well as the emphasis on acceptance by individuals of themselves.

Thus, “The Unfakeable Code®” is actually a must-read for any person who wants to be happier and become a true version of themselves. Despite the fact that some of the points made in the text are repeated, the book contains useful tips and an uplifting message. As a result, I give 4 out of 5 stars to this book, although the editing was not at its best and plenty of information was repeated in the book; however, this book is very empowering for personal and organizational growth.
