Review of The Unfakeable Code®
Tony Jeton Selimi's "The Unfakeable Code®: Take Back Control, Lead Authentically, and Live Freely on Your Terms" is a self-help manual for anyone living a life with the struggle of being true to themselves or just going through the motions. Selimi doesn't preach or throw generic advice your way. Instead, he offers a refreshing perspective on self-discovery and living authentically. It's a wake-up call, reminding readers that it's easy to lose sight of who we truly are under societal pressures and expectations.
This book addresses the quest of becoming one’s "unfakeable self." Here, Selimi, having undergone all the different roles people get in their lives, calls on readers to decipher what is beyond the mask worn for years. He challenges the readers to take off these masks and be who they are. I myself thus positively responded to this, especially to the notion of "emerging from the skin we use to present ourselves to the world." Perhaps I shouldn’t need to be someone whom others would like, even if I do not imagine that I want to be such a person.
Here, lifestyles involving authenticity are pictured as a way of looking at oneself to understand one’s true nature. First of all, Selimi stresses the focus on trusting ourselves and building our inner world, which means that one has to pay attention to the psychological aspect. He states that this is emotional intelligence—being able to handle stressors and master our emotions. He splits the process of the changes into phases, and here is the solution to your issues combined with a guide to self-creation for those who are surrounded by youth’s beauty obsession.
In this aspect, Selimi comes up with a rather engaging analogy in the book. He ushers human psychology into mechanical programming, as though people as a society are some sort of electronic device. He attempts to relate, for instance, the lower-order thinking skills to the basic programming languages and the higher-order thinking skills to more complex languages. This analogy is perfect to explain the meaning of growing our horizons and the desire to search for something new.
I appreciated the way "The Unfakeable Code®" has been written, edited, and organized with only scanty typographical mistakes. Fortunately, I could not discover any flaws, and bearing in mind the fact that according to the instructions, a book can only be flawless if it complies with the criteria of a perfect book, I believe this warrants a five out of five star rating. I suggest it to anybody in search of an aid in personal growth and the fulfillment of one’s potential, despite the fact that one does not often enjoy works of self-improvement. So come with me and put away the mask that has kept the real you hidden from the world. Get "The Unfakeable Code®."
