Who Told You That You Were Naked? by William Combs is a non-fictional book. Combs holds a bachelor’s degree in math and music from Alaska Methodist University. He was also a member of Boeing’s Technical Fellowship. This book is purely religious one. It throws light on the events stated in the Bible. In this book, he writes about the meaning of nakedness and the origin of sin. The book is so interesting that I can assure you that you can read it in a week.

The book begins with the description of the Garden of Eden. God created Adam and Eve, and they were living happily in the Garden of Eden. They were free to eat anything except the forbidden fruit. The Serpent coaxed Eve to eat the fruit and assured that nothing would happen to her. Both Adam and Eve ate the fruit. Here the writer introduces the concept of nakedness. The incident between Cain and Abel was the first murder on planet Earth and also the beginning of sin. Faith is one of the basic needs which bring you near God. Jesus Christ was the only one who had complete faith in God, and this was the only reason He was able to cure the deadliest diseases of that time. The writer also throws light on struggles of Jews.

The major theme of the book is that we commit sins, but we can redeem them through our beliefs. Beliefs are one of the main requirement to redeeming. Jesus Christ was the only sinless son of God. Nakedness is the main opinion of the book. When we commit sins, we are actually naked.

The exciting thing is that all the events affirmed in the book are related to Muslims as well as Jews. So this book is not only for Christians, but it is also applicable to other religions. I like this thing for what it is a universal book. One thing which I didn't like was questions at the end of each chapter because this makes the book like a regular course book.

I relished the book because it is exciting and trustworthy. Nowadays, we have forgotten God, and we do not care about sins. Our faiths have weakened and we are unable to redeem our sins. We must strengthen our beliefs and help others. Helping others is what Jesus Christ taught us, and we must spread this message to all the believers.

I rate Who Told You That You Were Naked? by William Combs 4 out of 4 stars because the writer explains the events in an interesting as well as in an attractive way. I would recommend this book to Christians, Jews, and Muslims because the events in the book are related to Christians, Jews, and Muslims.

This is a nice review. I think there is something that you may need to refer to the book. Did Adam start his life in the Garden or was there another place which he stayed before he went to the garden?

Nice work Johnny. I agree that the book is not only for Christians but for all mankind because we are all affected by the fall and need redemption.
