"Quest: Finding Freddie” by Thomas Richard Spradlin is a well-crafted book full of suspense and mystery. It takes readers on a thrilling ride with lots of twists and turns, keeping them hooked and guessing until the last page.

When Frederick David Nachman, CEO of Nachman International Trading Corporation, vanished while taking a brief stroll outside his hotel in Lagos, Nigeria, where he had traveled for a business deal, his desperate wife Ruth Nachman hired Richard to find him and uncover the truth behind his mysterious disappearance. There has been no sign of him since then. His bed at the hotel hasn't been slept in, and nothing appears disturbed, according to the hotel staff. Richard vows to find Freddie, promising not to stop until he is found, one way or another. With determination and courage, he takes dangerous risks to achieve his goal.

The author compellingly tells the story, blending events and emotions, and capturing the thoughts and feelings of those involved, making the story deeply engaging.
This approach made me feel deeply involved in the story, experiencing the emotions of everyone as new events unfolded. Nwando's story about becoming a sex worker in Lagos particularly touched me emotionally.

I was impressed with this book on many levels. It taught me about Nigerian history and politics through detailed discussions. I also learned about the Israeli rescue mission in Uganda, which was completely new to me. The author did a fantastic job developing the characters, giving each one a rich description of their behaviors and looks, which expanded my imagination.

The book "Quest: Finding Freddie” by Thomas Richard Spradlin is a must-read for all fans of mystery and adventure, receiving a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars. Despite a few minor dialogue issues, the exceptional editing stands out, making it a pleasure to read. There are no dislikes at all about this book.
