Kalliope Barlis's "Play Golf Better Faster: ”How to Play the Best You and Design the Fastest of Your Dreams: The Classic Guide to Golf Fitness” is one of the best books for individuals who want to improve their performance on the field. Using her story of achieving her goals of becoming a professional golfer in two years, Michael Barlis gives tips and information that, as a result of this book, make it suitable for beginners as well as professional golfers.

The book is divided into three sections: thinking, rehearsing your game, and your actual game. This structure makes certain that the whole proactive approach is utilized in the increment plan. The mental operations, for example, wiping a poor performance out of the memory and having the right attitude, are very effective. One aspect that stands out in Barlis’s account is the focus on mental preparation, which underlines the significance of a domineering attitude for performers.

In writing, Barlis is quite direct and to the point, with positive and stimulating overtones. The written work of Tannahill comprises clear steps as well as practical exercises that one can easily follow and apply in their practice schedules. Personal stories make the content more engaging and motivating; they prove that with a proper mental attitude and keys in hand, very soon one is bound to see a great boost in proficiency.

However, there are also limitations to the book. The producing company excels in the presentation of mental and basic physical instruction techniques; however, anyone who is an advanced golfer may find the information too basic. Moreover, it was noticed that more illustrations or diagrams should be included for the sake of visual learners, side by side with the text descriptions.

With such a minor point of negativity, I would recommend that every golfer consider having a copy of this book, “Play Golf Better Faster." It offers complete courses involving the mental as well as the physical aspects of a game, making it possible to note vast advancements in readers’ performances. The absence of even a single gram of controversy, a strictly followed chronology, and thoroughly polished text make it a nice read.

In conclusion, I highly recommend "Play Golf Better Faster: Self’s book, which can be recommended to golfers of all skill levels with the title “Turbocharge Your Game and Design Your Greatest Fast: The Classic Guide.” Due to the originality of this book, the advice provided, and its motivational nature, this book receives 4 out of 5 stars from me.
