The Unfakeable Code by Tony Jeton Selimi aims to help readers discover their authentic selves by removing the masks they wear to conform to societal norms. Many individuals wear a facade to present themselves in a way that will be more favorably received, but this can lead to a loss of connection with one's true self. This book is a self-help guide that can help readers rediscover and embrace their authentic selves beyond the masks they wear.

Tony Jeton Selimi's writing style is one of the strengths of the book, as he uses personal experiences and life lessons to illustrate his points, with a special emphasis on the wisdom he gained from his mother. Additionally, his curiosity about how things work, which he developed during his engineering career, has helped him make connections between the operation of programs and human behavior, making his book stand out. Overall, there are no weaknesses or dislikes about the book that I can identify.

The book provides practical advice and motivational phrases, making it an excellent resource for those seeking knowledge and inspiration. However, there was one instance where the author seemed to assign a girl’s value based on her father's job, which felt superficial and out of place in the context of the book's message. Overall, the content is rich and useful, but this one instance could have been handled better.

What stands out in this book are the relatable insights that Selimi shares, like the statement, "We all find ourselves wondering who we are at some point in our lives." This sentence really hits home because it reflects a struggle that we all face at some point in our lives. This book is special because it shows that we all go through the same things and that we can all learn from each other's experiences.

There isn’t much to criticize about this book. Selimi breaks down each stage and aspect in a clear way, so the book is a good resource for anyone dealing with mental health issues. He also encourages things like self-love, stress management, and resolving conflicts in healthy ways. His unique way of thinking about coding and decoding personalities makes the book more interesting. Overall, the book is very helpful.

I give this book 5 out of 5 stars. It is very well edited, with no noticeable errors, and it is written in clear and easy-to-understand language. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in psychology, self-help, motivation, and empowerment. It is especially helpful for people who worry too much about what other people think and who want to learn to be more true to themselves.
