On your journey to self-healing, you might stumble across this book, where uncovering your true potential and thriving in any kind of situation is your main motive.
To overcome identity crisis and appreciate yourself for who you are, Tony Jeton Selimi's book "The Unfakeable Code®: Take Back Control, Lead Authentically and Live Freely on Your Terms" is all about discovering and accepting your true self. After the failures you have faced in life, you gradually come to realize the importance of self-confidence and its inevitable presence for you to be successful. The book directs you to be confident by teaching your mind to be authentic.
A person lost in life for various reasons and a person immersed in success may look very different, but deep down both may have insecurities that cause them to go flight or freeze as a situation arises. The author provides ingenious wisdom to both.
The unfakeable code introduces you to 5 life-enhancing principles to live by. It aims at high-level thinking, unlearning long-forgotten thoughts that stop you from moving forward, relearning it and moulding it to develop ideas. The exercises at the end of each of the five principles expose your pains and the things that have been bothering you throughout your life. And in revealing them, you discover an answer.
Adopting these principles brings forward a permanent lifestyle change. By following them, eventually, the pain and problems in life disappear. Weight loss, financial difficulties, loneliness, abuse by narcissists, and a host of other physical, spiritual, and mental health concerns are examined, with five straightforward guidelines offered as a remedy. You learn about the root causes of these problems. These principles need to be practised every day as much as your consciousness allows you.
Becoming more authentic will give you joy and you will become more observant and self-aware with time. You might come to notice opportunities that are right under your nose, opportunities that could save you from your existent problem. You will feel lighter, and the symptoms that come with the causes of stress reduce significantly.
The book comes at just the perfect moment to help you reveal who you are. It helps you build trust and communication and embrace it through yourself and others. It highlights the importance of existential needs how they affect other aspects of our lives, and how finding comfort in procrastination will feed your fake persona but ignore your existential needs. At the same time how to protect your emotions, handle emotional crises, change self-perception, restore authentic power, communicate with your inner child and finally start loving yourself without any judgement and unbiased.
I would like to give this book five stars, however, the copy I got had a few editing mistakes. Nevertheless, it becomes irrelevant as you begin to connect with the content. On a scale of five, I would give it a four.
I absolutely recommend reading and rereading the book to affirm your values and your authentic self. It is like watering and nurturing a plant. This is the book you should read if you need guidance when trying to succeed on your own. The book is conditioned to find love within oneself and admire your truth and wisdom wholeheartedly for your soul.
