A book that inspires me to construct my paths to success is Breaking the Mold: Remodeling your Way to Success by Fabian Videla. The book effectively encouraged me to follow my aspirations to go through the procedures and difficulties associated with starting a profitable business. Since he relocated to Jacksonville with his family after immigrating to the US, the author utilizes himself as a respectable case study, detailing his experiences from the ground up.
This book, which outlines the procedures and difficulties involved in starting a successful firm, is a very useful resource for prospective entrepreneurs. Videla encourages others to follow their passions and launch profitable businesses through his personal story. His story is really motivating and shows us that anybody can succeed with perseverance, hard work, consistency and a good outlook. The story also gave credence to the fact that a small beginning is not a wasted effort and has the possibility to turn big.
I personally find it interesting that he explores the fast-paced corporate world of today in one of the chapters and how networking has turned into an essential component of creating and sustaining fruitful partnerships. I cannot say I dislike this book. It was a captivating, expository and entertaining read. I had my attention from the beginning until the end. The author's message was clearly communicated, and I was in agreement with many of the ideas presented. Through his insights and strategies, together with the lessons, Fabian Videla challenges any reader of the book to think differently and pursue success in their own way. This book is recommended for those seeking a fresh and original perspective on success, as well as those seeking how they can start their business ventures.
The book earns a 5 out of 5 stars in ratings. I could really relate to much of the author’s experiences, especially those in his early days. The book led me to make many personal reflections with a desire to make and have positive changes. I enjoyed the book. It was well-written and very inspiring, and I found myself in agreement with many of the points and lessons made.
