Review of Fasting Firepower
Fasting Firepower:
A guide to fasting, detoxification, natural healing, and a Mountain Moving Life!
by Marjan
What if there was a way to rest and strengthen your organs, clean and balance your cellular biochemistry, and maintain health and happiness into old age? How about elevating your mood, losing extra pounds, and halting disease without consuming medication? What if I told you that it is free for everyone? Does that sound intriguing to you? Here is your roadmap to a healthier, happier you! Fasting Firepower is a must-read for anyone interested in the holistic healing power of fasting. Fasting helps the body start healing by eliminating waste, toxins, and additives that can cause health issues. Fasting is a method to eliminate excess weight and enhance overall well-being.
I was amazed by the numerous resources Marjan compiled in this book. I had never considered fasting for healing purposes, only for spiritual reasons. The author provides detailed instructions on preparing for a fast, the different types of fasts, and how to gradually work up to a cleansing fast. I didn't realize the importance of preparing the body for a fast. This concept is quite refreshing. Marjan shares his spiritual wisdom and personal experiences with the reader to enhance the overall experience for the reader. Additionally, he advises those with certain medical conditions to seek medical guidance when fasting.
Marjan raised an important question: Is modern medicine designed to cure illnesses or to mask symptoms? Consumers should not have to refill their prescriptions every month if they take medication for a cure. Do pharmaceutical companies prioritize profit over the well-being of patients? The need for return customers is a driving force behind their practices. After taking the scripts for years, how many toxins remain inside our bodies? And how many side effects do we suffer needlessly? Can fasting remove these toxins and help our body heal?
I'm concerned about the potential impact of additives and modifications in our food on the behavior and health of our children. Marjan's worries about the long-term effects of the food our children are consuming have raised alarm for me. How can we detox a child after the fact?
You can see there are many important questions asked in the book. Are GMO foods safe to eat, now and in the long term? Are the chemicals we release into the air, water, and soil destroying our planet? Marjan has addressed a lot in this book, not only fasting. He has given us much to contemplate. That was not what I expected when I started the book, but I am glad I read it. I recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their life and the lives of their loved ones. The bonus of scripture-based suggestions was very confirming for me.
Marjan has a fantastic book here, and I would not change anything. The editing is flawless, and the concept is complete. I will rate it 5 out of 5.
