This book is truly interesting and enlightening. The Warrior’s Meditation by Richard L. Haight is one book that puts real meditation in the minds of readers. Meditation is what many people need because it has several benefits, but most of us have a flawed perspective on meditation or even know nothing about it. However, this book is written in a way that clarifies what someone needs to know about meditation and how to do it. Richard L. Haight has been practicing meditation since he was a teenager and was tutored by experienced people in that field, so who better to impact your knowledge about meditation than him?

I love this book so much and so much appreciate how it is not all about being in the moment, but it gives you a lot to learn and practice. Not just being there physically, but I was really feeling everything around me while I read. This is because the book has a serene mood and tone to it. The author uses words that express calmly rather than assert with force. I was able to take a pause on all of life's issues that have been bothering me and just take a breather. I know that we all get caught up thinking about the future or dwelling on the past, but reading this book will take your mind off things, and learning the meditation techniques will actually directly affect your life in a positive way and make you really in control.

I have only minor dislikes. One is that some of the meditation processes seemed a bit cheesy at first. Also, I feel that the book kind of skims over the traditional meditation norms that some people already know or are already comfortable with. Anyway, I really liked this book. It is a new tool for me in my mental toolbox, which is a tool for focus and calmness.

There are no errors in this book, so it was exceptionally edited. I have very minor dislikes for the book that do not affect my general enjoyment of the book, so I am rating the book 5 out of 5 stars. I am also recommending it to people who like meditation or like reading about it.
