The book Somawise: Get Out of Your Head, Get into Your Body, by Luke Sniewski, is a self-help book that details how to achieve physical, mental, and emotional well-being through reestablishing a strong connection with the body. The author has a strong belief that the body contains the answers to holistic well-being, healing through acceptance, and harmonious relationships. This book delves into detail into how knowledge and a better understanding of your own body having better can lead to a life full of responsiveness and sensitivity.

Overall, I really enjoyed the book. I thought that the author provided lots of useful information and perspectives on how to live a more fulfilling life. I liked that the author was able to explain more complex topics in a way that was easy to understand and also entertaining. This book would even be great for readers who do not have much background knowledge of complex concepts since the author explains everything in terms that all readers can understand and relate to.

There was nothing that I did not like about the book. The author was able to hold my attention until the very end. I also did not find any grammatical errors or typos within the book. This is a testament to the exceptional editing that was completed prior to the book being published.

I would rate this book five out of five stars for all the reasons I stated above. I thought this book was very interesting and provided lots of useful information from a perspective that I have not seen before in other self-help books.

I would recommend this book to any adult readers who are interested in mental health and spirituality. It should be noted that this book does contain some instances of profane language and mature topics more suited to adults.
