In her book "Love is" Kim Sorrelle discusses the concept of love and its significance in the Christian faith. They discuss the concept of love as a universal, timeless, and ageless feeling that conquers all and never fails. Love is a dare, a game, and a language that can be lovesick, loveless, and lovely. The author also mentions the "Love Chapter" in the Bible, which emphasizes patience, kindness, and does not envy.

The author argues that the love that is God must be bigger than our love of black licorice and movie theater popcorn. Jesus named the number one law of all of the laws, which is to love God and love people. This law is the fulfillment of the law, as Paul said that love is the complete, buttoned-up, and complete fulfillment of the law.

Love is a universal concept, found in various forms such as sitcoms, reality shows, and even books. However, it is not as simple as it seems, as it is multi-layered and requires patience. The author shares their experience of visiting Haiti, a country known for its rich history and air that draws them back time and time again. The author hopes to acquire patience and learn to act in patient love, while also being gentle.

Love is patient and kind. Love perseveres through hard times, pushing through it all. The author expresses gratitude for the support and love they receive from their loved ones, despite the challenges they face. They mention that love is a complex yet simple concept, overflowing with fullness. They share a personal experience of hope.

In conclusion, I would give this book three out of five stars. There are a lot of good things in the book but it gets boring quite a few times. The author could have made it a bit more interesting. There are also a few errors I found. You have to be a bit patient with the book if you are reading it.
