This book takes you on a captivating journey of what Misogi is and how it can transform lives. Once I picked up the book, I couldn't stop. You learn so much, like how a ritual is a belief that has been passed down over centuries by a group, sect, or entire society. It is a way to preserve the past and keep it alive for the future. Rituals have deep personal meaning and strive to preserve the past in the present and keep it alive for the future. In conclusion, rituals and traditions are essential for understanding and practicing the Misogi method. They are not just rituals but also practices that aim to preserve the past and keep it alive for the future.

The author first heard about the MISOGI (Middle Injuries Out of Body) method, which involves taking a personal challenge outside of one's comfort zone. MISOGIs are challenging but safe, and they can build lung capacity, strength, and stamina. The goal is to realize what's possible in one's life.

Moving beyond your comfort zone can be challenging, but it can also be transformational. People often resist change, especially when it comes to the unknown. Change requires resilience and can be broken through tools like feedback and social media devices. The MISOGI method, which involves embracing change, can help break through barriers and provide constructive feedback.

Overall, it's a great read if you are looking for a way to change your life I would one hundred percent recommend this book. If you want to read something different, do pick up this book you won't be disappointed. I didn't find any grammatical errors in the book, which is very rare. The author obviously did extensive research on the Misogi method; everything is so detailed and well explained that there is nothing I didn't like about the book. I would rate it five out of five stars.
