Before delving into the review, I would like to express my admiration for the book's cover page, which piques my curiosity and has a distinct appeal. The Warrior's Meditation is something that every mature human being will find relatable, as it has deep interaction with reality. The 23 chapters in the book are so eloquent that after every chapter, it inspires readers to think for a while from the author's perspective and then move on to the next one.

The author's motivation for attaining nearly perfection with meditation is the concepts that are derived from Buddhism. Vipassana and Samantha are the concepts that the author begins with and then opens every knot and misconception about meditation. The 23 chapters make it easy for the readers to take everything of it at once. Yeah, but let me tell you, it is not that easy, as I tried some of the exercises mentioned by the author.

The book is clear and concisely written. The flawless editing helped me to focus on the plot and made my reading faster. There are no typos or errors I found. I especially liked chapter 10 of the book "Conscious Feeling," where the author deeply explains what actual consciousness looks like.

Negatives: There are no negative aspects of the book that I could address. Rather, I got to learn a lot of new things about the book and spirituality. So no negatives are highlighted from my side.

Overall, the book is great, and you can blindly trust the author, as according to him, he has been meditating for more than 30 years. There are some chapters that you'll revise, as the book can be read several times and still be new to you.

Ratings: I would like to rate this book 5 out of 5. 1 star for thorough research. 1 star for explaining complex concepts more easily. 1 star the command of the author on the language. One star for the useful exercises and examples provided. 1 star for the optimism and encouraging readers to find out the way through every single problem.
