This book gets a 5 out of 5 stars rating from me because I'm blown away.
This is definitely one of the best books I have ever read.

PHOBIA RELIEF by Kalliope Barlis is a book where she talks about different fears and phobias and how to overcome them. Sounds simple, right? But no, the book is so much more than that. From the first page the Author forces you to stop putting your fear on a pedestal and shows you everything in a different light.

The Author takes you on this journey where you are forced to see things in a different light and change your perspective of things, it is so informative and eye opening. From the beginning it is made very clear that this is not therapy. Very well written. The Author also gives you various exercises to perform on yourself and it actually helps. At the end there is also a Client Session Transcript which is very fascinating to read.

The Author describes how our brains receive information and how that impacts our whole body. How we think, effects our whole being and what we attract. How we think shows in our actions. How we perceive something is the most important thing towards change. And changing the way you think and feel about something is the only way to rid ourselves of any burden we are carrying. The Author explains concepts like neuroplasticity with such ease that someone reading about it for the first time can also understand. The power of purpose, our thoughts, size and distance of a problem and solutions are some of the significant themes in the book that ultimately brings us back to our fears. And how everything is learned in this life and can also be forgotten.

Things that I liked:
-- Simple language
-- Well researched
-- Many exercises
-- Everything is so eloquently put
-- The methods actually work

There is absolutely nothing that I disliked about this book. I actually enjoyed reading it and would love to read more from the Author in future. Also I cannot praise the editors of this book enough. There are no errors of any kind whatsoever.
