"Fireproof Happiness” is a very practical guide to happiness and hope. In this thought-provoking book, Dr. Ransy Ross discusses what true happiness is and how to attain it. With practical examples and true stories, the renowned author explores the secrets of emotional well-being.

I’m sure it won’t be a spoiler to share that happiness cannot be achieved by eliminating our problems because there will always be new problems. The big secret is how to obtain happiness without chasing it, and this book explains that part in a very comprehensive way. Dr. Ross gives, in this guidebook, a deeper look into happiness and enough data to support the hypothesis of hope and happiness being linked. But what is more important, “Fireproof Happiness” discloses the methodology to effectively put hope into work.

One of the things that I truly appreciated about this book is the fact that it takes into account the struggle that comes with tough times and how those tough times can reveal the path to happiness.

I had decided that I wanted to read something different, something positive, and I definitely chose the right book. “Fireproof Happiness” is not just an interesting book; it’s a learning opportunity. This book is indeed the glasses that I needed to gain a new perspective.

“Fireproof Happiness” was written and edited with exquisite detail. I didn’t find any typos or errors. The little quotes with fire emojis now and then, briefing the most important parts, were both helpful and visually pleasant, and I highlighted many of them on my Kindle. After reading this book, I felt compelled to share some of the learnings with friends and family, as I felt inspired and more hopeful about my current life situation. Therefore, I am giving this book a rating of 4 out of 4 and 5 out of 5.
