Being the best salesperson demands that you be confident, determined and disciplined. It also requires you to be well-equipped with various techniques that will help you attract and win prospective clients and transform them into new customers. Well, How to Be a Superstar Salesperson by Audri White is a short course-like book that will equip readers with the necessary techniques to become professional salespeople.

In her book, Audri White discusses the art of connecting with prospects. This helps readers understand its importance and how they can connect with their prospects. Additionally, readers can learn the kinds of questions to ask and how to answer them in various sales situations by utilizing the spin and fab techniques discussed in the book. As a salesperson, you must know the prospect's needs and wants and how they feel about them. Test their willingness to make a change with their wants with needs-payoff questions. Lastly, use the FAB technique to guide and introduce the company's products and services. Readers also learn to listen keenly to their prospective clients to understand their needs and wants and know the solutions they can provide.

What I loved the most about the book was that the techniques learned in it can be widely applied to various businesses other than the sales industry. Therefore, it benefits prospective salespeople and other businesses offering various goods and services. I also appreciate that the author helps readers learn how to handle noes professionally. As much as the noes sound like rejections, the salesperson needs to move on quickly from them and ensure they are not negatively influenced by them.

There is nothing I liked the least about this book. I loved the various examples provided throughout the book, which will help and guide prospective salespeople on how they can maneuver the whole art of selling their goods and services to their prospective clients. The examples also help other salespeople who have been in the game for a long time to assess themselves and find out what they have been doing wrong.

The book is exceptionally well edited since I found no grammatical errors or mistakes. I award it five out of five stars and recommend the book to prospective salespersons, as they will learn and acquire essential skills that will enable them to attract and win prospective clients.
