Phobia Relief

This book could just be the right answer for you if you are having a silent doubt or question in your mind whether you can really overcome your fear. I have read books about how to overcome fear and yet, this book still speaks to me at the right time in a different way. From the introduction, you will realize that the fear you have been keeping inside is not as big as you think. In fact, the author gives us a very comprehensive truth about fear and the right way to approach it.

In the first part, the author presents the only two fears that people are born with and that all other fears can be unlearned quickly if only we learn how to. I really like how clearly the author talks about our brain system. I usually get bored reading about those things but this book explains in a very comprehensive way for anyone to understand. You will also find out how better your life could have been if only you learn how to replace your thoughts of fear with more realistic thoughts mentioned in this book.

What I found so valuable about this book is in the second part where the author offers us the solution to all our inner fears. The exercises at the end of each chapter in this part are so profound. I couldn’t help but take a moment to ponder on those questions from each exercise which helped me realize that the fear I have been having was such a meaningless thought I kept running in my head.
I can tell you that this book will not only make you be fully aware of your pointless thought of fear; you will find your own best solution to overcome your fear. The best thing is that you will start taking necessary actions toward your desired future in the process of unlearning your silly fears.

I would rate this book 4 out of 5 for two reasons; first, it is for written and edited professionally with only one little typo error I found and second is because this book really serves me as my personal coach to remind me of my useless thoughts. Aside from all those exercises in each chapter, my favorite one is the “APPENDIX” where the author provides skills exercises to follow in sequence. I am sure I will keep going back to those questions every now and then.

I don’t rate it 5 out of 5 just because I understand that some of the example stories in this book may not be as profound for others as I find for myself. But I would suggest other readers to relate to their own inner thoughts in the place of those example stories and it will speak right to them.

I really recommend others to get this book because no matter how confident a person is, we all have at least one fear we would like to avoid while looking for a solution to the fear we have inside. I am confident that it’s going to be worth more than what you pay for.

To take control of your fear and your life, read this book!
