Original Wisdom by Donna Bond is an insightful book that delves into the realms of personal development and spiritual enlightenment through her own life experiences and transformational journey. Bond guides readers on a path towards self-discovery and the integration of spirituality into their daily lives. The book emphasizes essential themes such as recognizing the interconnectedness of all beings and the power of unity. Bond's narrative style, coupled with spiritual principles and practical exercises, offers readers a holistic approach to self-improvement and inner growth.

By blending personal stories, spiritual wisdom, and actionable steps, Bond creates a comprehensive guide for readers to explore and navigate their paths towards fulfilment and self-realization. The book's engaging and accessible writing makes it easy for readers to grasp complex concepts and apply them to their own lives, making it a valuable resource for anyone on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

I like the way the author discusses the fears and challenges of self-employment, such as giving up control, fear of judgment, and fear of failure, revealing the personal growth and empowerment that can come from facing these fears. Leaving the 9-5 work life comes with its major fears, which I have contemplated in the past, but the author articulately shares her experience of overcoming fear and finding courage in the entrepreneurial journey. This message of personal growth and self-discovery can inspire and motivate readers, rather than discourage them from pursuing entrepreneurship. Overall, I highly recommend this book to individuals considering entrepreneurship or seeking guidance and inspiration for their personal development journey.

I have no dislikes for this book. It is a heartfelt and honest memoir that delves into personal experiences and growth, offering wisdom and guidance on embracing your true self and realizing your potential. The book also highlights themes of self-worth, overcoming fear, and finding inner wisdom, which are typically positive and uplifting messages. The book was exceptionally well-edited and error-free.

I gave this book a rating of 4 out of 5 stars because it effectively addresses the fears and challenges associated with self-employment while also presenting personal growth and empowerment narratives. By discussing relatable obstacles like giving up control, fear of judgment, and fear of failure, the author provides valuable insights that resonate with readers. The memoir's authenticity and sincerity create a compelling narrative that inspires and motivates. Additionally, the book's positive and uplifting messages about embracing one's true self and unlocking potential add to its appeal, making it a valuable resource for anyone on a journey of personal growth and empowerment.
