Do you find yourself held back by irrational fears? unable to fully recover from some of your childhood fears that you find very difficult to deal with and are very distressed because of that. Some particular agent also triggers some people and can cause panic attacks and lead to many problems related to life. You can deal with such things or cope with such fears with the help of the book "Phobia Relief" by Kalliope Barlis. The author has given us some great work, even in the past, that has helped us a great deal in our daily lives.

The most fascinating thing about the book is that it talks about the NLP technique, which is aimed at reshaping thought patterns and responses to stimuli. This exercise also helps you to reframe your beliefs and provides you with great visualisation exercises that I think are going to help you in a great way and will make your journey of overcoming your fears very smooth.

For me, the book is a treasure trove of tactics and ways that can increase my confidence and make me free from fears that I suffer from or that are the reasons for my low self-confidence. The way that the author has portrayed every single exercise very clearly is one of the key points that I like in the book. The flawless editing done by the author is a very good point for this book, and the author has left no space for grammatical errors.

Rating:
I would rate this book 4 out of 5 stars. 1 star for the clear-point topics in the book; 1 point for the clean and engaging writing style of the author; 1 star for the great actionable advice; 1 star for the supportive tone used by the author throughout the book; 1 star deducted because I think that it cannot be a substitute for therapy.
