I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It came across my path at the perfect time. At this moment, I am working towards enhancing myself, my mind, body, and spirit. I must admit that I had reservations about this book based on the title and description given. The subjects of sexual hygiene and spiritual attitude seem to have no connection to each other. The author Anthony A. Morris, did an excellent job explaining how they are in fact connected. By maintaining a clean mind, body, and spirit, we can improve our environment, have more enjoyable sexual experiences, and positive thoughts about ourselves and others. I think it would be a good idea to include a trigger warning at the start of the book. The text mentions molestation, abuse, and rape. Some individuals may find these topics triggering, which is why a warning would be beneficial. For this reason, I give this book 4 out of 5 stars.

As a follower of Christ, I found this book to be very beneficial in my journey. I gained a new perspective on many areas of my life that I would like to improve. As well as a deeper understanding of how everything is connected. I have children in the home that are at the perfect age to use what I’ve learned to help guide us through the coming talks about sex and the effects of immoral behavior in a truthful an honest way. It's great that the author included a lot of verses from the Bible as references. I was able to quickly look them up for myself.

My growing up experience was identical to the story the author shared about being lied to about Santa. I was devastated when I found out my parents had been lying to me, I trusted them so completely. I felt betrayed. Throughout my life, I have told this story many times, and each time, people have responded with laughter and condescension. I’ve felt foolish and embarrassed for being so hurt by this experience. It brought me joy to find someone who shares the same feelings and reactions to this experience. It was a comfort to my soul.

Good sexual hygiene and spiritual attitude is a great practical guide to living your best life mentally, physically and spiritually. I highly recommend this book to everyone.
