In 1979, the author was born amid a horrific civil war and into a loving, caring family. Living A Life In Balance is an educational, inspirational, motivational and enjoyable book. It changes one's mindset from not falling into pit of Life. I enjoyed every part of it. It also expose me to some advantages of food and how healthy food is essentially important to our body system. I learnt a lot. I love the author sincerity as it caught and held my attention till I reached the end. There were moment filled with imaginary things happening to most people of my age, that I couldn't help but to shed a tear and said to myself " I will always be positive". The inclusion of physical fitness, classes of food, other supplements, the human microbiome and the daily routine, religious beliefs in Christianity and Islamic way (detailed explanation on each Arabic language and making the complex simple) all aided in making the book more fascinating. Furthermore, I learnt that no matter what the situation maybe, we should always be grateful and show gratitude towards our creator.
Literally, I could find no fault with this novel. My attention was sustainable, additional evidence to vouch for a balance life, and my curiosity was well satisfied at the end. A kudos to the writer, and a really well done job was done with this book. This book was professionally edited.
I'm rating this book 4 out of 4 because of the above reason.
I recommend this book to everyone living a confused life,in order to find a balance in the personal life, work, family, friend and relatives. And to every upcoming teenager who need guidance in their respective choices of life. Thank you.
