Review of Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress
The book, Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress , is written by Gustavo Kinrys who is a medical doctor with extensive background knowledge about how stress and anxiety affect the human body. At one point or another, the majority of people experience anxiety and stress at some point of their everyday lives. Some people even deal with these two things on a daily basis. Because of this, the author wrote this book as a way to share his knowledge on anxiety as well as methods for overcoming it in a healthier way. Throughout the book, the author explains anxiety and stress in straightforward ways to allow every reader the ability to read and comprehend the content. The author included lots of discussion which included several symptoms of anxiety and other methods for treating anxiety. The author discussed in detail how sometimes the pharmacological approach to managing anxiety may not be as effective for some people. The author also offered other strategies for managing anxiety without using pharmacological interventions.
Overall, I enjoyed the book. I like how the author gave solutions that were written in simple and useful terms. I also really liked how he gave examples of management techniques for anxiety. I especially liked the examples of positive self-talk and how we can use it in our everyday lives. The book was very enjoyable to me, and it improved my understanding of stress and anxiety, as well as provided ways that I can manage my stress and anxiety.
There was nothing that I did not like about the book. I thought the book was very straightforward and easy to understand. Sometimes reading books by medical doctors can be difficult if they use medical-based terms, but this author did a fantastic job of writing the book in an easy to understand language.
I would rate this book five out of five stars for the reasons I stated above. I also found no grammatical errors or typos within the book. This is a testament to the exceptional editing that was completed prior to publishing.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is currently experiencing anxiety and stress. I feel this book is suitable for adults as well as younger readers. Most of us experience some kind of stress almost every day in our lives, in this book provides lots of youthful and healthier ways to alleviate our symptoms of stress.
