Dr Rachel Sims book had a flow about it immediately.I was very engaged reading the well descriptive book,and I wanted to know more.Knowledgeable and I found myself laughing out loud to passage’s early on.Really enjoyed quotes throughout book,especially the one from Charles Shultz.Ideology on how we view ourselves as it relates to love ideology was spot on.Informative throughout,an example ,was to be truthful in a relationship to set up for success.Discussion about finances and the importance of discussing early on in an relationship was well written.Takeaways include authenticity.In addition,to value we have towards our selves first ,than to others.Another strong point , addresses the importance of admitting wrong doings before they are discovered .Reveals the importance of looking at one’s core values and foundation.In addition,the realization that we cannot change past events.Although,we can make changes going towards the future.Loved the ideology about taking care of your own well being and than others.Self love and always looking within are key .Concept of being kind to oneself and than others should never hurt.Chapter into chapter was fluid and structured. Moreover,as a reader, I was enticed and learned at the same time.The importance of comparmise in a marriage was discussed in a way that was eye opening and relatable.Well written, alongside facts and statistics in a way that is enthralling.Near the end of the book finances how it relates to love was discussed as a respectful conversation that needs to happen.I agree with Dr Sims placement of this topic in her book.Value on financial and decisions during dating phase is important.Once I started reading this book, I didn’t want to stop.I really enjoyed reading ARE YOU LOVE SMART OR LOVE STUPID.Highly recommended and definitely a 4 out of 5 star review rating.
