The Warrior's Meditation is based on the Total Embodiment Method (TEM), which is a system of exercises and techniques that help to train the mind and body to work together as a unit. TEM teaches practitioners to be aware of their bodies in space, to move efficiently and effectively, and to stay calm and collected under pressure.

Haight also teaches readers how to apply the principles of TEM to their daily lives. He shows how to use meditation to improve focus, concentration, and decision-making. He also shows how to use TEM to manage stress, resolve conflict, and achieve goals.
Haight does a good job of explaining the key concepts of the Warrior's Meditation and providing clear instructions on how to practice. He also includes personal stories and anecdotes to illustrate the benefits of the Warrior's Meditation.

One of the things that sets The Warrior's Meditation apart from other books on meditation is its emphasis on embodiment. Haight argues that meditation is not just about calming the mind, but also about developing a deep connection to the body. He teaches readers how to use their breath and posture to create awareness and readiness.

The Warrior's Meditation is a well-written and informative book that is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. Haight's writing is clear and concise, and he provides detailed instructions for each of the exercises and techniques that he teaches.

I would rate The Warrior's Meditation 5 out of 5 stars. Haight's focus on embodiment and mindfulness is particularly valuable, and his book will help readers develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their capabilities.

However, I do have a few minor criticisms of the book. First, I found the focus on samurai warfare to be a bit off-putting. It is clear that Haight is passionate about this subject, but I think he could have done a better job of explaining how it relates to meditation.

Second, I felt that the book could have gone into more detail about some of the exercises and techniques. Haight provides a good overview of each exercise, but I would have liked to see more specific instructions and examples.

The editing of The Warrior's Meditation is of a high standard. The book is well-written and free of errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation. The writing is clear, concise, and engaging. Haight does a good job of explaining complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand.

Overall, I highly recommend The Warrior's Meditation to anyone interested in learning about a new approach to meditation.
