Phobia Relief From Fear to Freedom is a guide to help readers shrink their fears and find their purpose. Irrational fears such as the fear of clowns or spiders may become barriers to happiness. Author Kalliope Barlis provides different skills that may be used to shrink these types of fears and phobias. These skills are supported by real-life examples and the author’s profound experience in neuro-linguistic programming.

I love the detailed activities included in this book. Every activity targets a specific issue and they all tie together to address the root cause of your fears and phobias. This book is primarily about shrinking fears however I love that the author includes practical steps that may be used to find one’s purpose. This will help readers to actively replace fear with purpose-driven activities. While this book takes a scientific approach the language is generally easy to understand. A few words may be difficult to understand. However, Barlis provides a great glossary. A lovely user-friendly appendix is provided as well.

There is nothing that I dislike about this book. It is very detailed. Everything discussed is relative to the plot of the text. It provides practical skills that may be employed to reduce fears and phobias. I ended my reading feeling pleased with the content.

I rate this book 5 out of 5. The text is well-edited with no grammatical errors. It clearly shows that irrational fears and phobias can be overcome. Everything discussed is applicable. This book may be coupled with others. However, it is a great book to help readers embark on their journey to freedom.

This is a must-read for anyone who desires to overcome fears. It offers invaluable guidance to people living caged lives because of irrational fears and phobias. It is not for fears and phobias that keep you safe. Instead, it provides proven skills and techniques to overcome irrational fears and steps to help you find your purpose. Get it now.
