This is not a book I would recommend on finding your purpose. I would consider this book more of a biography. The first 30 pages were about her upbringing and little to do with the finding purpose.
I did like the morning routine that she put in the book. It does get you thinking but nothing on moving past that.
I was really looking forward to this book as I am struggling with purpose and planning in my life. But I think there are other books that would be better.
The book is a very easy and quick read. I read this while traveling and could pick it up and down without any issues or forgetting what I had already read.
She talked a lot about her social media platform that she founded and how to get involved with that. But it was more about creating community which I think is important, but for a book about purpose i wanted more tips and tricks on living my best life. She did talk about things that she learned from other authors that I have read about purpose.
The examples in the book I didn’t relate to in terms of purpose. This was a good book with some good thought provoking journal prompts.
