The better you think, the better you golf; this concise book reveals the secrets to exceptional golfing beyond mechanics.
The author suggests finding a peaceful spot to quickly read and absorb its contents.
For maximum impact, make it a daily practice to read it for 21 days. Then, keep it in your golf bag as a constant source of inspiration whenever you feel the need.

Kalliope Barlis, a bestselling author, has an impressive background of over 20 years in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Her golf coach, Chuck Hogan, also utilized NLP techniques to teach her the sport. He told her that everything in this universe is reflected in every cell of her body.
I wholeheartedly concur; we are not just a part of the universe, but we are the universe itself.

The utilization of NLP in playing golf serves the purpose of enhancing not only your thinking capabilities, but also stimulating all your senses for overall improvement.
Before hitting the ball, ask yourself: "Where do I want the ball to land?" Mark the target, visualize it, feel it, and hear the sound of the ball hitting the target in your mind.
Remember to amplify the memories of your successes, making them bigger, brighter, and louder. Conversely, diminish the impact of your failures by making them smaller, black and white, and distant.

"Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book" serves as a companion to the original book, "Play Golf Better Faster". While the first book provides a comprehensive guide, this smaller handbook offers a more condensed and focused approach.
Having read both, I found this little book to be exceptionally clear and concise.

The author's writing is simple, direct, and captivating, almost hypnotic. Her advice is versatile, applicable not only to golf but also to various areas of life and other sports.
This handbook provides an abundance of exercises, tools, practical advice, and helpful illustrations.
I find the 15 minutes-5 minutes formula to be tremendously beneficial and practical.
The book also appears to be professionally edited.

I have had the pleasure of reading two other books by Kalliope Barlis, and I found them quite enjoyable.
However, since I'm already familiar with NLP, much of the information in this little book wasn't new to me.
Taking everything into consideration, I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned golfer, I highly recommend reading this book and keeping it in your golf bag.
